The Administration of Emergency Medication course will provide participants with the underpinning knowledge required to administer emergency medication for the treatment of seizures in the community.
In Part 1 of the Administration of Emergency Medication course participants will learn about the different epilepsy plans, and the different emergency medications, their routes of delivery, and potential impact on the individual. Epilepsy: Administration of Emergency Medication Practical 2021
The Administration of Emergency Medication course will provide participants with the underpinning knowledge and skills required to administer emergency medication for the treatment of seizures in the community.
In Part 2 of the Administration of Emergency Medication course participants will learn about the individual persons epilepsy plans and the person’s specific emergency medication needs. Participants will learn how to administer emergency medication in accordance with the persons individual plans. Refer Product Description below, pre-requisite training requirements apply.

This eLearning module will enable participants to develop a deeper understanding of epilepsy and seizures, and the impact on a person with a disability living with epilepsy.
